Pork with potatoes with cranberry sauce

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Chop the cranberries with a blender. Add to it the zest of one orange, 30 ml of orange juice, oil, honey, mustard and Italian herbs.
2. Cut the meat into small pieces and pour the marinade for 30 minutes.
3. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add dried dill and salt to it and mix.
4. Put a layer of potatoes, a layer of meat in the marinade and a little garlic in the pots. Bake for 60 minutes at t = 180C.
