Turkey heart in sour cream

Cooking method

1. Cut the hearts in half, cut out the excess fat, then wash them in a colander, wait for the liquid to drain. You can lightly blot the hearts with a paper towel.

2. Peel and finely chop the onion (you can also cut it into half rings).

3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the hearts in it, fry for a couple of minutes, stirring.

4. Add the onion, fry everything together until the onion becomes translucent.

5. Pour water into the pan so that the hearts are covered with it, salt, cook for 10 minutes under the lid on moderate heat.

6. Finely chop pre-washed and dried dill.

7. Add sour cream to the pan, pour flour, ground black pepper, put dill, mix everything and keep on fire for a few more minutes.
