Pancakes on kefir without eggs

Prepare an unusual breakfast - lush delicious American pancakes! Pancakes (or American pancakes) are baked in a dry pan. That's what attracts me to this dish, since I don't like traditional butter pancakes and fritters. And the recipe that I present to you today is generally a treasure, since you don't need eggs to bake it, and pancakes turn out no worse than ordinary pancakes. It is very joyful to meet the morning with a rollercoaster of pancakes decorated with berries or poured with syrup! By the way! They can also be made unsweetened and eaten, for example, with cheese and herbs.

The following steps are necessary to prepare delicious pancakes:

1. Pour kefir into a bowl.
2. Add sugar, salt, soda, vegetable oil and mix well. Leave for 10 minutes.
3. Sift flour and pour it to kefir, mix, but do not beat. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream. Again leave to stand for 10 minutes.
4. Preheat the frying pan. I remind you that pancakes are fried in a dry frying pan, that is, without greasing it with oil.
5. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of dough into a preheated frying pan, depending on the desired size of the pancakes. You can also make them larger - all this is to your taste.
6. As soon as bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, turn over, fry on the other side for another 20 seconds. They prepare very quickly!
7. Ready-made pancakes are stacked on top of each other, decorated to your taste - it can be fresh berries, honey, liquid chocolate, etc .

Bon appetit!
