Draniki with cottage cheese

The tastiest fantasy on the topic of shingles! The dranichki turn out to be plump, light, and, after lying down, do not acquire a dark green color We sold two types of draniki in our buffet: some delicious, and others VERY tasty. In response to my constantly enthusiastic oohs and aahs, the barmaids specially learned from the cooks the secret of those very delicious ones :) This secret is cottage cheese! Try draniki with cottage cheese.

There are no secrets in the actual preparation. Three potatoes, add egg, slaked soda, salt to taste.
Now - cottage cheese. If you want no one to find out about the "secret ingredient" - pre-rub it thoroughly, you can through a strainer. I assure you, no one will guess! And let the unusually delicate taste of ordinary seemingly draniki be your culinary secret. Personally, the grains of cottage cheese do not bother me, so I just knead it with a fork.
Add flour.
Fry like all draniki, in vegetable oil.
Serve to anyone with what they like: with sour cream, ketchup, mayonnaise...My brother, for example, eats them with sour cream and sugar - an option for a sweet tooth :)
