Fry mushrooms together with onions in vegetable oil. Boil the chicken fillet. Grind mushrooms with meat in a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper.

Put the cheese in the baking sleeve, leaving a lot of free space. Tie the sleeve and put it in hot water. The cheese should become soft. Quickly roll out the cheese without removing it from the sleeve.
