Meat sweetness

A culinary masterpiece worthy of mention in the annals! I came up with this recipe on December 31, 2011, when my beloved husband asked me, in addition to chicken, to cook meat for the New Year's table. I looked at recipes on the Internet and didn't find anything that attracted me, so I began to invent myself. As a result, it turned out so delicious that all my loved ones were delighted! So, here's the recipe.

Cut the meat into layers, about 1.5 cm wide, beat it well, but not so that it shines through, thicker.

Then, put the meat in a saucepan, pour honey, mix well and refrigerate for 6-7 hours.

Then put the meat in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, add salt and fry, turning over about every 4-5 minutes, until it is well browned. If it turns black somewhere, don't be afraid! This is how honey is fried, the meat does not burn!

I fried meat in three batches.

Then I put all the fried meat in a frying pan (it was fried and everything fit), covered it with a lid, reduced the heat and held it like that for 5 minutes.

Then sprinkled the meat with grated cheese, covered it with a lid again and waited for the cheese to melt. Bon appetit!
