Buckwheat with beef and pork in the oven

Diced onion, grate carrots and fry everything.
Mix buckwheat and minced meat in a large bowl (St. + gov.), add eggs, peel the loaf and soak it in broth, (I have meat, but who has what, you can just dilute the cube of magi who uses it) and when the loaf softens add to the minced meat, put it here roast, mix, grind in a blender, or through a meat grinder and beat out like cutlets, + salt, pepper, spices - mix everything well (thick mass), form buckwheat, put on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 200 * C until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with cheese and garlic mass:
Take the cheese "Druzhba" soft melted in a bath, add mayonnaise, stir well + garlic, through garlic and dill.
