To prepare a side dish according to this culinary recipe, we heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry crushed or finely chopped garlic cloves in it. Rice is thoroughly washed under running cold water. Then, fry in a hot frying pan with sunflower oil along with garlic for about 10 minutes, while the fire should be medium. After that, add water and salt to the rice and bring to a boil. Then add the peas and corn. Red pepper is cleaned, washed and crushed and added to the rice mass. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for half an hour. If necessary, add water from time to time.
