To start, the cottage cheese needs to be rubbed through a large sieve or kneaded. Personally, I grind it in an electric grinder. After the cottage cheese has got rid of large lumps, you need to grind the yolk with half a tablespoon of sugar and stir with the cottage cheese.
I mix this mass thoroughly with a mixer and mix it with salt. Now the cottage cheese can be set aside for a while and beat the egg white. And I pour the whipped protein into the curd mass, mix it again, gradually adding 2 tablespoons of flour and sour cream.
When the dough for cottage cheese pancakes becomes homogeneous, I start baking pancakes. I put them in the pan with a tablespoon. But cottage cheese pancakes can stick a little, so I lightly sprinkle them with flour and spread them on a hot frying pan.
If you like sweeter cottage cheese pancakes, but there is no jam at home, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. It will turn out very tasty!
