Peel garlic and carrots. Half of the carrot is shredded with thin strips. Garlic cloves are cut in the same way. We prepare the pork ham for baking: we make incisions along the entire surface of the piece, into which we carefully insert pieces of carrot and garlic. Then rub it with salt, black pepper, herbs and mustard. Spread on a greased baking dish. You can put the meat on pieces of fat instead of butter. Boiled pork from this will only be ruddier and tastier. We send it to a well-heated oven, covered with foil. After 20 minutes, remove the foil. If the meat has released little juice, then add hot water. Until the end of cooking, pour the pork juice to avoid dryness. The cooking time of boiled pork in the oven is about an hour. The finished pork is cooled and served on the table, cut into pieces. Bon appetit!
