One day I was visiting friends, and they served... the most ordinary scrambled eggs on the table. To my surprised look, they said that I would still ask them for a recipe for this fried egg. I didn't believe it, but it turned out that under the egg in the dish there is a tender steak, which, combined with the spreading yolk, is just food for kings.
So, first of all, you need to prepare the marinade. To do this, cut the beef into 4 parts, beat it well, then pour lemon juice (from it the meat will become more juicy and fragrant), add salt and herbs. It will be marinated for about half an hour.
Marinated beef should be fried (no more than 6 minutes in a frying pan), then you need to fry the eggs. It will be tastiest if you cover the pan with a lid – in this case, the upper part will harden, and the lower part will only slightly thicken, while remaining liquid and juicy.
After that, you need to arrange the steaks on plates, cover them with egg on top and sprinkle with herbs – the steak with egg is ready. In principle, the dish is quite self–sufficient, but you can also serve it with a side dish - mashed potatoes will make an ideal pair for a steak.
