When kneading the dough, it is important to remember that during the action of yeast, its volume will increase at least twice. In order to avoid unpleasant consequences, we take a bigger pot. So, to begin with, we knead our dough from flour, yeast and preheated milk. We remove the resulting homogeneous mass in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. When it rises, we introduce eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla and salt, mix thoroughly. After that, we leave it in the heat for another half hour. Before frying pancakes, prepare a glass of water. In it, we will moisten the spoon so that the dough does not stick to it. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan.
