Recently pampered her with mushroom cutlets in Polish. It will be necessary to cook them somehow else, because everyone was delighted with this food. My little daughter, who is a terrible digger and does not eat minced meat cutlets, was pleasantly surprised that the cutlets that look like meat turned out to be not meat! I ate it, so, as they say, it squeaked behind my ears! I will share with you a culinary recipe for cooking cutlets. First, you need to prepare dried mushrooms: boil them and put them through a meat grinder. Add a bun to the mushroom minced meat, which needs to be soaked in milk and squeezed out. Then we put the browned onion, 2 raw chicken eggs, salt, pepper. Mix the minced meat and make small cutlets out of it, which we breaded in flour with an egg. Fry them on both sides and pour potato sauce over them. Let's talk about this separately: potato sauce, which has a delicate taste, is also served by Polish chefs with meat and sausages. The method of its preparation is as follows: mix butter and flour, add chopped onion and fry in a frying pan. Then gradually pour in the broth and season with pepper, peas and bay leaf. Boil the sauce on low heat for 10 minutes and add the potatoes cut into small cubes. Season with lemon juice and salt. We are waiting for the potatoes to cook and pour the sauce over the cutlets. Bon appetit!
