Cut the chicken into portions, rinse thoroughly, dry on a baking sheet and fry in hot oil for about 10-12 minutes. For the sauce, peel the onion and garlic, rinse and finely chop. We take a deep frying pan, pour sunflower oil there, lightly fry the onion and garlic and add the mushrooms washed and sliced. All this is thoroughly mixed and fried for about 4-5 minutes. Peeled tomatoes cut into small cubes, add to the onion, fry over low heat and pour water or wine. Then put the chicken in the sauce and simmer until tender. Add sour cream and paprika at the end of cooking, then salt and pepper. Chicken paprikash is a hearty meal made from chicken, a classic dish of Hungarian and Austrian cuisine. This dish is perfectly combined with side dishes of mashed potatoes or boiled rice. When serving, we spread paprikash on a large, large dish, and make sure to decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
