First we take potatoes. Wash it and clean it on a grater. All the resulting juice from potatoes should be drained. But we do not pour it out, but set it aside separately for now. We put the milk on the fire and wait until it boils. With this milk, pour the mashed and squeezed potatoes. In other words, we brew it.. after that, we break the eggs and flour with the dough. Salt the dough to taste. Put the soda and mix thoroughly. Next, we take the potato juice set aside and drain it very carefully, so that starch remains at the bottom. We add it to the dough. Mix everything together.
Take a frying pan, put it on the fire. Fry potato custard fritters in vegetable oil. It is best to eat such food with sour cream or Belarusian machanka.
Bon appetit!
