I saw this culinary recipe from the Abkhazian cuisine in one TV show, I don't remember which one. I really liked the recipe for chicken with egg, because it is low-calorie and very light, and most importantly delicious! And cooking it is very simple and fast – a little more than half an hour. This food is ideal for those who constantly monitor their figure or want to lose weight.
I start by chopping onions and frying them until golden brown in butter in a frying pan. Then I cut the cleaned and washed chicken carcass into small portions and fry separately from the onion. After that, I put the chicken and onion in a saucepan with water (and the water should completely cover the chicken meat) and cook for about five to ten minutes. Then I beat the eggs. I pour them into a saucepan to the chicken with fried onions and add coriander, parsley and salt to taste. I cook all this until the eggs are ready. It turns out a very juicy and flavorful dish that can be served to the table on weekdays and on holidays. This dish is sure to please you and your guests, and the family will be just delighted!
