The cutlet "Belovezhskaya" is a special food. This is not an ordinary cutlet, but a cutlet with stuffing. Such a culinary recipe can be read in a book about Belarusian cuisine. So that you do not look for him, offering to cook a cutlet "Belovezhskaya together".
For this We take ham and onion. Cut them into cubes. Heat the frying pan. Add vegetable oil. When the pan is hot, put the onion on it. After it becomes transparent, we put the ham to it. It should be fried until golden brown. At the very end, we put green peas in the pan. Mix everything well and add flour and water. Fry until the mixture becomes thick. At the end, salt it a little.
Then we take the pork loin. We cut it into long strips, beat it off and clean the bone. Salt and pepper each strip to taste. We take the filling and put it in the middle of the strip. We wrap it in the form of a roll. We form an oval from the cutlet.
Take the eggs. Beat them with a fork. We take our prepared cutlets. We dip them into the egg for the first time, then into breadcrumbs, then again into the egg and again into breadcrumbs. Frying the "Belovezhskaya" cutlet is best deep-fried. We put the fried cutlets in one container and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
You can eat such food with your favorite side dish. Bon appetit!
