I suggest you to choose the exact amount of ingredients yourself – add everything to taste and you will definitely not make a mistake :) After all, everyone ate potatoes with mushrooms, someone likes more mushrooms, someone less. Focus on your life experience and, of course, natural intuition!

So, fry the mushrooms with onions. I took champignons, and chopped onions finely (I don't like onions, but I understand that no dish can do without this ingredient). Next, peel the potatoes and grate them on a medium grater. Mix potatoes with mushrooms, egg and 1-2 tablespoons of flour (for "stickiness"). Salt, pepper to taste and mix. We put the tortillas from our potato mass with mushrooms in a frying pan and fry on each side until golden brown.
Serve strictly with sour cream.
Bon appetit!!! : ))
