Chicken stewed in Little Russian

A delicious dish with a wonderful smell must be tasted! Delicious. The smell is like in Ukraine or the Caucasus. I cooked it at night. I woke up in the morning - there was a meager one left, which I photographed. And it seems that everyone was asleep.

Wash chicken legs, salt, pepper, pour lemon juice, rub with garlic and set aside for an hour so that they are marinated.
Add garlic, onion and pepper, diced or straws, to the heated oil. Fry in oil, add the passivated tomato puree.
Fry the prepared legs until a crust forms. Combine the fried chicken with the passioned vegetables, add the broth and simmer until tender.
Put the finished chicken on a platter.
Add rice, wine, green peas to the sauce and bring to readiness, stirring intensively at first so that the rice does not stick together, and then reduce the heat to a minimum, close the lid and simmer until the rice absorbs all the liquid.
2 minutes before cooking, put 3 teaspoons of homemade seasoning with rice.
