I love different cooking recipes where prunes are used. Today I want to tell you how to cook stewed meat with prunes recipe, which also implies nuts. First, take a piece of meat, rinse it and clean it from the film and veins. Then cut it into pieces. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it and fry your meat on both sides on it. Add salt. Then put spices to it, or rather ground black pepper, saffron, ground cinnamon. Cut the onion into cubes and also attach it to the meat. Then pour in two glasses of plain water and simmer the meat over low heat. At this time, take the almonds and pour boiling water over them. Then cool it under cold water. Repeat the procedure.

Then remove the skin from them. Fry the nuts in ordinary vegetable oil. It takes only two minutes, so as not to overcook. Put the washed prunes and one stick of cinnamon in the almost ready meat. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add honey and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes. At the same time, it is necessary to constantly stir and add a little water so that it does not burn. The food is served together with roasted nuts. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of everything. Enjoy your meal!
