Beef in cream sauce

Juicy soft meat in a delicate creamy gravy. Since childhood I have loved beef with different sauces and gravies. Another interesting recipe in the piggy bank. I always make gravies 1.5-2 times more. Boiled mashed potatoes and pasta are ideal as a side dish. If desired, you can add a sliced onion during roasting.
