Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. We prepare the necessary ingredients:

- wash the chicken and cut it into medium-sized pieces,

- wash and peel carrots and potatoes, cut into medium pieces the size of a chicken,

- peel the onion, cut it also - medium,

- wash and cut mushrooms into thin plates,

- cut green onions diagonally into long pieces,

- fry sesame seeds in a dry pan for 30 seconds,

- soak the funchosa for 20 minutes in warm water. after the water is drained.

2. The next stage of cooking will be the preparation of the sauce, for which we combine all the ingredients in a suitable container and mix them thoroughly until smooth.

3. Pour the amount of water specified in the recipe into a medium-sized saucepan. Put the pan on high heat and bring the liquid to a boil. When the contents of the pan boil, pour the chopped chicken into it, keep the meat in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain the water. This manipulation will allow you to get rid of excess fat.

4. In a clean saucepan (you can use a cauldron), put the scalded chicken, pour it with sauce. Put the pan on medium heat, cook the chicken under the lid for 10 minutes.

5. Add chopped potatoes, carrots, onions, chili peppers to the chicken. Cook everything together, stirring, for 7 minutes. Then we turn down the heat and mix everything again, after which we simmer the contents of the pan for another 8 minutes.

6. We put the funchosa in a saucepan, as well as chopped mushrooms and green onions (we leave part of the onion to decorate the finished dish). Cook all 5 minutes (until the funchosa and mushrooms are fully cooked), mix lightly so that the mushrooms and noodles are completely in the sauce.

7. Sprinkle the finished dish with fried sesame seeds, green onions left for later. We serve it hot on the table.

Bon appetit!
