1.Cut beef and vegetables
2.Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and fry the onion for 2 minutes, stirring. Add the ground garlic and fry for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
3.Put the meat and fry on all sides, over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
4.Add coriander, paprika, ground black and red pepper, salt, tomato paste, mix and add flour and mix everything, continue to fry for another 1 minute.
5.Add tomatoes, sweet pepper, celery to the pan, mix. Add 800 ml of water, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes
6.Add carrots, two bay leaves to the pan and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
7.Add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
8.If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste. Add fresh parsley, stir and turn off the stove. The goulash is ready. Bon appetit!
