Beef lagman

A feature of this dish is step-by-step and separate cooking. Finely chopped vegetables are fried separately here - onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, carrots, green radishes, eggplants and of course meat and spices. Beef, lamb, and even chicken are used for this dish.

Cooking time: 1 h 45 min

Cut all vegetables into medium-sized strips.
Cut the meat into medium pieces.
Heat the oil in a cauldron, add cumin and coriander, warm up the spices for 30 seconds and add garlic, fry for another 30 seconds.
Add the onion and fry for 1 minute.
Put the meat in the cauldron and fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes, until the meat is browned.
Add carrots and fry for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and continue frying for 1 minute.
Add celery and radish, stir and fry for another 1 minute.
Add all the spices and mix.
Add eggplant, sweet pepper and fry for another 1 minute.
Add water, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 1 hour and 20 minutes until tender.
Cook noodles for lagman until ready, use the instructions on the package.
Put noodles in a plate, meat, vegetables on top of noodles and add broth. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and rings of hot pepper. Bon appetit!
