Chicken fillet in kefir in a frying pan

Even a young hostess can handle this dish. Kefir marinade for chicken was opened to me by my beloved mother-in-law. When we go to the dacha for kebabs, my husband and I bring pickled pork, and she brings chicken in kefir marinade. And no matter what recipe we cook kebabs, it is her chicken that turns out tastier and juicier. I took her marinade recipe into service and now I often cook chicken and turkey in it. Especially the chicken baked in the oven in pots turns out to be delicious. I'm sharing a recipe for a quick chicken stewed in a frying pan.
