Liver with potatoes in a slow cooker

Healthy and very tasty dish, quickly prepared. It turns out quite a hearty and very fragrant dinner for the whole family. If desired, you can add more bell pepper.

Peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut the onion into quarters, and the potatoes into large pieces. Chop the carrots on a fine grater.
Pork liver cut into small cubes. Fry onions and carrots in sunflower oil in the "Frying" mode. Then add the liver and fry for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, sour cream, water, salt and black pepper. Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 1 hour. To the table, serve the liver with potatoes in hot form. Bon appetit!
