Red rice with mushrooms and vegetables

Prepare a delicious and nutritious dish with the most healthy rice for dinner! I love rice and try different varieties and completely different dishes with it - both sweet and unsweetened, and the first and second, and salads, and pastries. In my opinion, this is the most delicious and versatile side dish. And red rice, in turn, is the most delicious and healthy of all rice varieties. I want to share one of my favorite recipes for cooking this particular rice - with wild mushrooms and vegetables.
