To prepare this great culinary recipe, chicken meat is cut across the fibers in small pieces. Then transfer to a bowl, add dry seasonings and salt, mix, pour soy sauce and leave for 10 minutes.
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Pour oil into a frying pan, fry the onion until half cooked, add the chicken, mix immediately so that the pieces do not stick together and fry until a crust forms.
