You are all familiar with the Russian national dish – cabbage rolls. Every housewife probably has more than one way of cooking this delicious food. To prepare dolma, we will need half a kilo of fresh lamb meat. Lamb and onion should be passed through a meat grinder to make minced meat. Add thoroughly washed rice and finely chopped cilantro here. Wash the beet leaves. In the center of each beet leaf, put the resulting filling at the rate of an average of 25 g per dolma. Wrap the leaves and put them carefully in a saucepan. Pour in a glass of water. Simmer for half an hour over moderate heat. When serving, beetroot dolma can be sprinkled with crushed cinnamon or dry mint.
