Indoutka in the sleeve in the oven

Delicious dish for the festive table. Incredibly delicious! For the festive table, I often cook an indout in my sleeve. The meat turns out tender and soft, literally melts in the mouth. The filling of oranges gives an interesting and mild aroma and taste. Guests always really like it.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 13 h 20 min

1. Prepare the marinade by mixing freshly squeezed lemon juice with all the other ingredients. We coat the turkey with marinade, put it in a container of a suitable size (you can marinate in a sleeve), close the lid tightly and put the meat to marinate in the refrigerator overnight (for at least 6 hours). It's not bad if during this time you turn over the indout a couple of times - so it will be better marinated.
2. The indout is rubbed on all sides with spices and salt.
3. Oranges are cut into quarters (if large, then you can cut into smaller slices). We put them inside the indoutka.
4. We put the indout in the sleeve, tie it. Do not forget to pierce the sleeve in several places.
5. Bake the bird in a preheated 180 degree oven for 2 hours or more. If you want an appetizing ruddiness, cut the sleeve and unfold it a few minutes before the end of cooking.

Bon appetit!
