But especially fragrant potatoes are obtained with mustard gravy, baked in the oven. This dish can be served as an independent dish or as a side dish to meat, chicken or fish.

Lemon is thoroughly washed with soap under running water. Grate the zest on a fine grater, cut off the top of the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Butter should be melted in a water bath or in a microwave oven and cooled.
