How to make spicy chicken wings in the oven?

1. Turn the oven on 180-200 degrees Celsius.

2. Rinse the chicken wings well under running water and dry them with paper towels. Spread the wings on a cutting board and cut them along the shoulder joint. Add salt to taste.

3. In a separate container, mix flour, garlic powder, hot red pepper and paprika in the required proportions. Mix everything well. Put the chicken wings in a large, thick plastic bag and pour a dry mixture of flour and spices on top. Seal the package tightly and mix the chicken meat and spices thoroughly with each other.

4. Put a sheet of baking foil on a baking sheet and grease it with vegetable oil, Put chicken wings on a sheet of foil, rolled in flour and spices, and put them in a preheated oven to bake for twenty minutes.

5. While the wings are baking in the oven, prepare the glaze for the meat. To do this, mix soy sauce, olive oil and maple syrup together in a small bowl. Whisk everything well with a whisk or a simple fork. Add the Tabasco sauce and mix again. If desired, you can adjust the taste of the spicy glaze by adding a little more or put less Tabasco sauce.

6. Remove the chicken wings from the oven and smear each piece of meat with the cooked spicy glaze. Send the wings back to the oven to bake for 5 minutes. After that, take out the pan with the meat again, turn the chicken wings to the other side and smear them with the remaining sharp glaze on the other side. Put the wings in the oven for another 5 minutes to bake until fully cooked.

Put the ready-made spicy chicken wings on a beautiful dish and serve it on the table with fresh vegetables, for example, carrots and celery.
