Pumpkin with mushrooms in the oven

I really love pumpkin in any form - and I rub it raw into a salad, and add it to porridge, and marinate, and carcass, and bake. And relatives are also happy to eat it. And our most favorite dish is baked pumpkin with mushrooms. Today I am happy to share with you the recipe - help yourself!

First prepare the pumpkin: wash it, cut it in half, remove the seeds. Now the pumpkin needs to be cut into large cubes.

Put the pumpkin in a baking dish, pour olive oil over it. Add salt, pepper, your favorite spices. Squeeze out the garlic, then mix everything together. Place the pumpkin mold in a preheated 230 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Peel the onion, chop it finely. Cut the washed and dried mushrooms into several pieces. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, put the onion and mushrooms in it, fry for 5 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and onions to the pumpkin, mix and bake all together for 15 minutes.

Pumpkin baked with mushrooms is ready and you can serve it to the table.
