We start by rubbing the cottage cheese through a sieve. Then mix the mashed cottage cheese with sour cream.
Add egg yolks (previously ground with sugar), as well as flour, salt and milk to the resulting mixture.
Knead the resulting mass.
Cool the egg whites and whisk them into a thick foam. Carefully (in several steps) mix them with the previously prepared mass. Carefully mix everything without letting the whipped whites settle.
We take a baking dish. Carefully lubricate it with butter (so that our souffle does not stick to it). Spread the curd mass in a thick layer (about 30 – 40 mm). And cook for a couple for 35 – 40 minutes until fully cooked.

Or bake the mold in the oven at 150 180 degrees until ready. Usually 20 minutes is enough.

Let our curd souffle cool down a little, and put it on a plate. Decorate with fruits or candied fruits.
