1. Turn on the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius, depending on the power of the oven and the selected baking mode. The best way in this case is the convection mode or heating from above and below.

2. Chicken legs are thoroughly washed under running water, dipped in paper towels or napkins. We cut off unsuitable areas, if any.

3. In a small bowl, mix salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add to them any dry spices suitable for chicken (rosemary, basil, oregano, curry, etc.). Carefully rub each piece of chicken with the resulting mixture of seasonings from all sides.

4. Grease a baking sheet or a suitable baking dish with a small amount of butter. We put chicken legs seasoned with spices in it.

5. Garlic is peeled from the husk, divided into cloves and washed under water, dried. Then finely chop the garlic or pass it through a special press. We transfer it to a small container. Add a little mayonnaise of any fat content and mix together. The resulting mass is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the chicken legs.

6. Put the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the hams for 40-50 minutes, depending on their size, until an appetizing golden crust. To determine the readiness of the meat, you need to pierce it in the thickest part with a sharp knife. If transparent juice is released at the same time, then the hams are ready. If the juice is cloudy, then the legs still need to be baked.

Decorate the baked hams with fresh rosemary sprigs and can be served on the table. As a side dish, you can cook baked vegetables.
