Wipe the champignons from dirt and put them in a bag. Chop the garlic clove. Add garlic, paprika and chopped dill to the mushrooms. Also, we pour soy sauce, vegetable oil and lemon juice into the mushrooms. If desired, you can add a little more salt (but do not forget that soy sauce itself is salty) and ground pepper.

You can use any marinade that you like best. For example, mayonnaise with Provencal herbs or any other spices. Or lemon juice with salt, spices and vegetable oil. 

Close the bag of mushrooms and shake well so that the mushrooms are evenly covered with marinade. Marinate the mushrooms for at least 15 minutes, but the more the better (I left it for 1.5 hours). Next, string the mushrooms on skewers, put them in a mold and bake in a preheated oven to 200 C for about 15 minutes. Our mushrooms are ready, you can serve them to the table. Bon appetit!
