The secret of this dish is its marinade. Before the wings go to bake in the oven, they must be soaked with spices and seasonings.

To begin with, the chicken wings must be washed and dried. If frozen meat is used, then it should be thawed beforehand and drain the excess water.

Next, you need to prepare the marinade. To do this, mix soy sauce, honey and all the necessary spices in a bowl or a large plate. If the honey is very thick, then it can be melted in a water bath or in a microwave beforehand.Peel the garlic, rinse and grind through a press, then add to the marinade and mix thoroughly.

Chicken wings (you can cut them at the joints or leave them like that) lightly add salt, but not much - since the soy sauce in the marinade is already very salty.

Then dip each wing in the marinade and put it in a deep bowl or saucepan. Pour the remaining marinade on top of the wings and cover them with cling film.

Put the wings in the marinade in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours (but not less than 2).

After the wings are sufficiently marinated, you can start baking them.

First turn on the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius.

Put a large sheet of foil on a baking sheet. Place the wings in the center of the leaf, after dipping them in the marinade again. The edges of the foil should be bent inwards and tightly pinched so that there are no holes. This is done so that the honey contained in the marinade does not burn and spoil the taste of chicken wings.
Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the meat for 40 minutes.

Then remove the baking sheet from the oven, unwrap and remove the top of the foil and put the wings back in the oven so that they are covered with a ruddy appetizing crust.

Before serving, sprinkle the chicken wings with fresh parsley.
