Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 35 min

Peel and chop the onion. Rinse the rice and put it to cook until fully cooked. Fry the onion in a frying pan in sunflower oil until golden.

Wash the chicken liver and clean it from excess - remove the films, streaks. Cut into large pieces.

Chop the chopped liver together with eggs and cream and mix with a blender or combine (or any convenient way) until smooth.

Add the sifted flour, salt, pepper to the resulting mass and mix everything well.

Then, in a suitable bowl, combine rice, onion with oil after frying and liver mixture. And mix everything together until smooth.

Grease the baking dish liberally with butter. Pour the prepared liver "dough" into the greased mold.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for this.

Let the finished casserole cool, then remove from the mold and cut into portions.

You can serve the casserole with a side dish or decorate with vegetables and herbs. Or serve as a separate ready-made dish.

Bright tastes and bon appetit!
