Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

1. Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees Celsius, and at this time we continue cooking this delicious, healthy and very fragrant dish.

2. In a small bowl, put the Dijon mustard and add honey to it. Honey should be taken liquid. If it has managed to get candied, it can be melted in a water bath, and then added to the mustard. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Salmon fillet is washed, dried with paper towels, blotting excess moisture, and spread on a cutting board. Cut the fillet into large pieces - only five.

4. Peel the garlic cloves from the husk, rinse, wipe dry and grind. You can do this with a knife, just by chopping, or with a fine grater. It is better not to skip through the press in this recipe.

5. Fresh dill is washed, dried with paper napkins and finely chopped.

6. Add chopped garlic to the mixture of honey and mustard in a bowl, and pour in two-thirds of the specified amount of olive oil. Next, add lemon juice, chopped dill and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until smooth.

7. The baking sheet is covered with heat-resistant foil. Pieces of salmon are lubricated on all sides with the remaining olive oil and spread them on foil, lubricate the mixture on top, prepared in the sixth paragraph of this recipe.

8. Put the baking sheet in the oven that has had time to warm up for 10 minutes. It is important not to over-cook the salmon, and it is very easy to do! Even if it seems that the salmon in the very center is a little damp, this is normal. Thanks to the residual heat, even after being removed from the oven, the fish will be cooked and will taste perfect!

It's so easy to cook this little masterpiece, especially knowing all the subtleties ;) Bon appetit!
