Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

First you need to prepare the vegetables: wash them, cut out the stems of tomatoes and peppers, remove the seeds from the peppers. Peel the onions and potatoes, the zucchini are young, so there is no need to clean them. Cut the broccoli into inflorescences.

Cut potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and onions into slices. Bulgarian pepper in narrow slices.

Put potato slices in the baking dish with the bottom layer, onions on it, then zucchini, tomatoes in the next layer. Top with mixed broccoli, pepper slices and green peas.

Sprinkle vegetables with salt, spices to your taste - I prefer curry (sometimes I sprinkle vegetables with Provencal herbs instead). Pour the contents of the mold with milk, pour olive oil.

Put the form with the future casserole in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes (until the vegetables are ready). 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese on a coarse grater.

Serve hot. Bon appetit!
