1. We clean the roach, gut it, cut off the head and fins, wash it thoroughly under running water, dry it with paper towels.We make incisions on the carcass.

2. Tomatoes and lemon are washed, cut into circles. Peel the onion, cut into half rings thinly. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them large.

3. Put the potatoes on a piece of foil. Rub the carcass of the roach with salt, insert rings of lemon and tomato into the cuts, sprinkle with prepared onions. 

4. Sprinkle everything with pepper, sprinkle with olive oil, wrap the foil. Place the package in the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on the type of oven.

The finished dish is supplemented with the remaining slices of tomato and lemon, and also decorated with parsley and served on the table.
