Cookies with brine in the oven

Entertaining activity for kids in the kitchen - useful and fun! It is very important to spend time with children and you can make this activity doubly useful. I have a couple of recipes in my stock, according to which I cook with my assistants - they really like it! One of the recipes I share with you: crumbly cookies on cucumber brine. The brine dough does not require proofing, which helps to get the result faster.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

Just a couple of simple steps and delicious cookies on your table:

- pour the brine into a bowl and pour sugar;

- pour in vegetable oil, stir;

- pour the baking powder, part of the flour, mix and pour the rest of the flour, kneading the dough;

- the dough should turn out elastic, not sticking to the hands, roll it out into an even layer (thickness 0.5 cm);

- dip the molds in flour and cut out cookies;

- line the baking sheet with parchment and put the cookies on it;

- bake cookies for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Now it remains to wait until the cookies cool down and then serve on the table.
