Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h

The meat must be washed, dried with a paper towel. Cut into pieces (only the same more or less in size).

Put the prepared meat in a bowl, pour kefir and soy sauce, season with pepper and salt.

We send it to the refrigerator for an hour (it's possible for two, but we can't wait).

We string the pickled meat on wooden skewers (I had a couple of tomatoes - I strung them in places), put them on a convenient and heat-resistant shape suitable in size.

Bake the kebab in the oven at 180 degrees, in the process we turn the skewers for uniform baking. It will take about half an hour to bake, plus or minus 5 minutes.

Well, the whim is satisfied. Delicious, very tasty!

Have a good mood and a delicious barbecue in any weather)
