Real Moldovan placinds with filling to your taste! Very satisfying! We have relatives who have moved from Moldova, who always treat us with delicious placinds with completely different fillings - incredibly fragrant. The most famous are, of course, placinds with cheese (or cottage cheese) and greens, with pumpkin, with cabbage. We like cottage cheese the most, so I will share this recipe with you.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

Prepare the filling in advance: add a raw egg to the cottage cheese, chopped herbs to choose from, salt, spices and mix well.

Now do the test:

1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, kefir and salt.
2. In a small container, mix the yeast with water and sugar (until the yeast dissolves) and let them come up a little (10 minutes).
3. In a large bowl, sift the flour, make a depression in the center of the flour, pour in the yeast and a mixture of kefir and eggs. Knead the dough when it is almost ready, add butter. Knead the dough, then put it in a bowl and cover with a towel.
4. After the dough rises, remember it a little and leave it to rise a little more.
5. Then divide the dough into 8 identical balls and leave them to rest a little (about 15 minutes).
6. Roll out each ball thinly and put the filling in the center, leaving the edges "bare".
7. Place each edge to the center one at a time, collecting the placenta. Place the pies on a baking sheet and cover with a towel for 20 minutes.
8. Brush the placinds with egg and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Periodically check the placinds in the oven so that they blush, and not burn.

Bon appetit!
