Cake made of dry jelly in the oven

An original dessert based on dry jelly - you'll lick your fingers! Today I want to share a surprisingly easy recipe for a delicious pie, which was based on dry jelly from the packaging. I love this dessert for its simplicity and the minimum of necessary products. In addition, the pie can become the basis for a cake - it will be perfectly soaked with cream or syrup. Try it!

For the pie, sift the flour with jelly powder and soda through a fine sieve into a bowl. Beat all the eggs one by one and mix well so that the dough turns out without lumps. There won't be a lot of dough, so you won't need a large baking dish.

Grease the selected mold well with oil and pour the dough into it. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. When baking, check your pie for readiness, because the ovens are different and it may take a little more or a little less time.

Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.

The pie is ready!
