Lemon capelin in the oven

You haven't tried this capelin yet, it just melts in your mouth! Delicious, healthy. The whole family loves this small fish. it tastes very tender and juicy. Although many housewives do not particularly like fish. as they think to clean it. In the video application to the recipe, I showed how to process it easily and quickly. I often experiment with it, diversifying the taste of the dish. This time the taste will be with a slight lemon sourness, which is given to it by "Lemon mayonnaise" of its own preparation. I rarely buy mayonnaise. since it is not difficult to make it at home. It is both healthier and tastier, and you can choose the taste of mayonnaise yourself. depending on what to add at the end, you can add seasonings. spices, garlic. greens, olives, cheese, etc. Well, for this recipe we will add lemon. It gives a pleasant aroma to mayonnaise and is ideal for dishes of vegetables, seafood and fish (in this case capelin)..
