Turkey in soy sauce

Tender turkey fillet with a unique flavor. Turkey is becoming more and more popular, because its meat is considered one of the most useful - it contains a lot of protein, which, of course, is necessary in children's and dietary nutrition. I think this recipe is very successful - thanks to the soy sauce marinade, the turkey turns out to be very tender, but we spend a minimum of effort. A side dish for such meat is absolutely suitable for anyone, and fresh vegetables and herbs will make your meal even more useful

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Here are all the ingredients that will be required for our dish. Any turkey parts will suit us: steaks, like mine, whole fillets or other parts of it - the main thing is to choose fresh meat

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Turkey meat is well washed under running water, dried with paper towels, sprinkled with favorite spices, today I chose paprika and a mixture of Italian herbs. Curry, basil and other spices are also perfect here

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Garlic, of course, will give our turkey flavor and piquancy, we pass it through a press or three on a fine grater - I have such a mini-grater for garlic, very convenient

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Salt to taste, but here you should be very careful with salt, because soy sauce is already salty enough, I advise you to salt, but just a little bit

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Pepper, I advise you to choose freshly ground black pepper - it is many times more fragrant

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Add soy sauce - 3-4 tablespoons will be enough for us. and, of course, you should choose a quality product because the taste of the finished dish will depend on it

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. If you don't have olive oil in stock right now, don't worry - regular sunflower oil is also perfect. The oil is needed here so that when marinating the meat is better soaked with spices, and when baking, thanks to the addition of a small amount of oil, the meat will never get dry

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Mix well and send to marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. You can leave it overnight and put it in the oven in the morning and get a wonderful nutritious breakfast

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. If you have a whole fillet, the baking time should be increased

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Fragrant tender steaks are ready, the soy sauce has evaporated, but it's not scary - he has already done his job

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Served with any side dish, fresh vegetables and herbs

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

    Bon appetit!
