Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

If you still don't know how to bake a pizza, especially a festive one, then this recipe is just for you! First we prepare the yeast dough. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, pour in warm water (35-40 degrees), mix. Sift the flour, pour dry yeast into it. Yeast should be mixed with flour in such a way that they do not touch the liquid. Knead the dough, it will be sticky. Pour in vegetable oil and knead. The dough will become less sticky.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

We form a ball from the dough, cover it with a napkin and let it stand in a warm place for an hour so that it rises. This amount of dough is enough for a full three pizzas. Thinly roll out the dough with a diameter 2 cm larger than the pizza mold.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We cut the sausages lengthwise into 2 parts.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

We spread the sausages around the edges, as shown in the photo.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put mayonnaise and ketchup in the middle of the pizza.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Evenly distribute the sauce over the dough using a silicone brush.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Next, we spread the grated cheese. We choose cheese of good quality and high fat content so that it stretches appetitively when melted - this is the trick of any pizza.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Cut the dough that is hanging from the mold into strips and put them overlap on the sausages.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Then spread the finely chopped sausage.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Put chopped cucumbers on top of the sausage.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Now lay out the mushrooms and tomatoes - they need to be pre-washed and cut: mushrooms in slices, and tomatoes in slices.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

There is a layer of cheese on top of the whole filling again. Grease the sides with beaten egg.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Next, we send the pizza to the preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 220-250 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

We take out the finished pizza from the oven, cut it into portions and serve it to the table hot - so it tastes better. Enjoy your meal!

Pizza is obtained with a soft base and juicy filling. You can also sprinkle it with dry spices. I usually use seasonings "For pizza" or a combination of basil and oregano. You can drink pizza with Coca-Cola, tea or any other drink to your liking, it is also often washed down with beer if it is a holiday or just a friendly get-together.
