Step-by-step cooking

  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a Little Pony cake? To prepare one cake for him, mix 3 eggs, a glass of sugar and flour and beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves. So make all five cakes. And yes, it's better separately - you don't have to suffer with the separation of the test.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

For each of the five sets of dough, you will need five different dyes. You can choose the colors to your liking. Add the dye to the dough and stir well.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

I'm describing the process of making one cake, keep this in mind. Prepare all the others in the same way! Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour the dough into a form lined with oiled parchment.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Bake the cakes at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until ready. Be guided by the time of your oven! Check the readiness with a wooden skewer. If the crumb does not stick to it, then the cake is baked properly.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

For the cream, whisk the butter with condensed milk until fluffy. Divide the cream into six parts. In five parts, add different dyes (of the colors that you used for cakes). Leave the sixth part white.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Prepare the cakes for impregnation and assembly: cut off the top, bottom and sides. Dilute a special culinary flavor impregnation for cakes. You can buy it in the store. Or prepare syrup for impregnation.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Assemble the cake as usual - layer by layer, smearing first with impregnation, then with white cream. You won't need a lot of cream, the cake is already soaked. You can divide the white cream into five parts and then apply them to the surface. So you will not get that some cake got more cream, some less.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Smear the top cake with white cream too.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

How to decorate a pony cake? Next, align the sides of the cake with colored creams according to the order of colors in which the cake will be decorated.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Also apply a layer of colored cream on top.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Decorate the cake with cream using nozzles and decorating bags.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Layer by layer, apply the cream of the appropriate color from the pastry bag.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Decorate the cake with marshmallow clouds and pony figures from your favorite cartoon on top! The cake is ready to please its eaters. Everyone to the table! Pony figures can be made from marshmallows themselves, or you can, like me, take plastic ones.

Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

Little pony figurines can either be glued from colored mastic, or take ready-made plastic ones. I indicated the amount of mastic for self-modeling figures. You choose the dyes yourself.
