Leave the bowl with the yeast mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes. Yeast should be activated, foam appeared on the surface of the mixture. Pour vegetable oil into the mixture, add salt. Mix again.

    Pour the sifted wheat flour into the liquid. Add the flour in parts, mix the mass well each time so that the flour does not gather into lumps.

    When the dough becomes difficult to stir with a spatula, we shift it to a board sprinkled with flour and continue to knead with our hands. Yeast dough loves hands, so you need to knead it as long as possible. The dough should be elastic and smooth, slightly sticky to the hands. Put the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a towel on top and put it in a warm place for an hour.

    Meanwhile, we will prepare the filling for the pie. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add grated cheese, you can use several varieties of cheese to taste. Fresh parsley and dill greens are washed, dried with paper towels and finely chopped with a knife. Put the greens in a bowl with cottage cheese and cheese. Beat in a chicken egg, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the mass thoroughly.
